Fresno Native Jefferey Palmer, a local resident of San Francisco, who pays almost $3000 in rent monthly, says he can't wait for the High Speed Rail. With the amount in rent he pays monthly compared to the 5 trips he would have to take weekly, Jefferey says he would save a lot of money. With the new High Speed Rail & New Construction taking place in the Fresno Area, will the cost of Living increase?
